Haifa Day is an annual commemoration where members of the Indian and Jewish communities come together to pay tribute to the Jewish, Indian and British forces who liberated the Israeli city of Haifa from the Ottomans at the end of WWI.
The commemoration includes presentations about the events of WWI, Jewish and Indian cultural performances, music and social interaction between the two communities.
