We are seeking an administration assistant to join our team to provide high level administrative support to the CEO and staff, and to undertake general office duties.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written skills
 - Professional phone manner
 - Meticulous attention to detail
 - Self-motivated and able to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
 - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & internet
 - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
 - Team player
 - Sound knowledge of the Jewish community and Israel
 - Experience in a similar role
 
Desirable but not essential
Some knowledge or experience of CRM/database systems
