We are seeking an administration assistant to join our team to provide high level administrative support to the CEO and staff, and to undertake general office duties.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & internet
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • Sound knowledge of the Jewish community and Israel
  • Experience in a similar role

Some knowledge or experience of CRM/database systems
